Job Description
  • Communicate on a daily basis with the Producer, Line Producer and Supervisors regarding the progress of production
  • Track and update project data and information on a daily basis using the tools provided for this purpose (Shotgrid, Google docs, Excel etc.)
  • Update the progress status of the shots and ensure that the assignment of tasks to the artists is completed by the department managers for the project
  • Organize dailies (daily sessions to review the visual progress of the project, department by department) and rounds for the respective department. Ensure Supervisors are ready and available for these sessions
  • Ensure that each department has a clear understanding of the day-to-day objectives of the work to be delivered and inform the project management team of any issues.
  • Liaise between the project production team, the artistic and technical departments and the project Supervisors, facilitating information sharing and rapid feedback between these players
  • Follow up and monitor progress against problems encountered and prepare related reports

Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in CG animation or a related field.
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Excel and management systems
  • Knowledge of Photoshop
  • Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines
  • Ability to take direction and implement feedback effectively.
